SHOP INFO & POLICY

  • Orders are fulfilled through our trade partner SideDoor. They will process all orders, handle shipping, delivery, and anything else related to your order.

  • Please make sure you contact them at info@onesidedoor.com if you have any questions or encounter any problems about your order, delivery or damages.

  • Please check your measurements before placing any orders . Make sure you measure your space and read the product’s dimension to ensure your furnishings will fit in your space.

  • All sales are final unless damaged in transit.

  • Please inspect all order items immediately once received. If your order is damaged, take photographs of the packaging and contact info@onesidedoor.com. Their team will arrange for repairs or replacement for the manufacturer to send the damaged item(s). SideDoor team will coordinate arrangements for repairs and/or new replacements. Their team is amazing and ready to help.

  • Your order will be delivered to your doorstep. You may instruct the delivery personnel where they should place your furniture either inside your home, or you can let them know to leave it at your doorstep. Delivery does not include placing your items in specific rooms, assembly, or removal of original packaging.  However, White Glove delivery can be arranged for deliveries that include packaging removal, light assembly, and placement. This service is highly recommended for any large furniture items. White Glove is made available as an option at checkout for a fee.

  • Unfortunately, neither KDM Designs or SideDoor are able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to the fact that items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
